01 / THE CONTEXT

One control room for marketplace operations.

Marketplace operators need to react to price changes while keeping stock, orders and commercial rules aligned. Repetitive actions across separate tools make reliable day-to-day operations difficult.

What I built

I built a Laravel and Livewire application that keeps operational actions close to the data sellers work with. Pricing and buybox workflows complement order and inventory management, with queued processing for work that should not block the interface.

02 / PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
01

Pricing workflows

Tools for monitoring marketplace pricing and managing buybox-oriented rules give sellers a structured way to make pricing decisions.

02

Inventory & orders

Operational views connect listing, stock and order information so routine seller tasks can be handled in a coherent workspace.

03

Reactive operations UI

Livewire powers interactive workflows within the server-side application, reducing the need to maintain a separate frontend API surface for every action.

Under the surface.

Follow a real product workflow through its application boundaries. Select any step to explore the implementation.

ENGINEERING IN MOTION

A price change is a decision, not just a number.

The repricing path combines marketplace observations with commercial constraints before a change can be pushed.

STEP 01 / MARKETPLACE INPUT

Listing context

A quoted listing carries the current offer context and commercial economics into the pricing domain.

WHY IT MATTERS

Separating a pure pricing decision from persistence and marketplace side effects makes the commercial rules explainable and independently testable.

Conceptual flow based on the implementation. Animated connections illustrate data movement, not live traffic.

04 / ENGINEERING JUDGMENT

Built around the constraints.

Use a cohesive server-driven application for a workflow-heavy product. Put long-running integration work on queues while keeping business validation on the server.
